The 11th Global Baku Forum invited World Leaders to speak on the topic of “Restoring a Fractured World”

The XI Global Baku Forum was held in the capital of Azerbaijan with the participation of former and current leaders, ministers and Nobel laureates. This year’s forum, organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, discussed the solution to the current problems facing our modern world.

Since its establishment with the support of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Global Baku Forum has been based on the legacy of effective discussions and constructive dialogue. With a track record of attracting high-level guests from around the world, including Heads of State and Government, ministers, former and current Presidents, and senior officials of International Organizations, the forum serves as a bridge for collaboration and innovation to address current global challenges.

2 current Presidents, 2 Prime Ministers, heads of 7 UN specialized Organizations, 25 former presidents, 7 Presidents of the UN General Assembly, 15 Prime Ministers and 26 deputy Foreign Ministers from 67 countries actively participated at the XI Global Baku Forum.

This year’s forum focused on a wide range of issues, including geopolitics, sustainable development, COP29, technology and cultural diplomacy, under the theme of “Rebuilding a Fractured World”.

As in previous years, the 11th Global Baku Forum host eminent persons from various fields and perspectives to further enrich the international dialogue and strengthen intercultural understanding. The purpose of the Forum is to contribute to the collective effort to “Restore a Fractured World” by stimulating purposeful action with the collective experience and insights of guests.

L’undicesimo forum globale di Baku ha invitato i leader mondiali a discutere sul tema: “Ricostruire un mondo fratturato”

L’XI Global Baku Forum si è tenuto nella capitale dell’Azerbaigian con la partecipazione di leader, ministri e premi Nobel. Il forum di quest’anno, organizzato dal Nizami Ganjavi International Center, ha avuto come tema di discussione la possibile soluzione agli attuali problemi che deve affrontare il mondo moderno.

Fin dalla sua istituzione, con il sostegno del Presidente della Repubblica dell’Azerbaigian, il forum globale di Baku si è basato su dibattiti efficaci e dialoghi costruttivi. Attrarre ospiti di alto livello da tutto il mondo, tra cui capi di stato e di governo, ministri, ex presidenti e alti funzionari delle organizzazioni internazionali, il forum funge da ponte per la collaborazione e l’innovazione per affrontare le attuali sfide di carattere globale.

Due presidenti in carica, due primi ministri, direttori di sette organizzazioni specializzate delle Nazioni Unite, venticinque ex presidenti, sette presidenti dell’Assemblea generale delle Nazioni Unite, quindici primi ministri e ventisei vice ministri esteri di 67 paesi hanno partecipato attivamente all’ XI Global Forum di Baku.

Il Forum di quest’anno si è concentrato su una vasta gamma di questioni, tra cui geopolitica, sviluppo sostenibile, COP29, tecnologia e diplomazia culturale, sotto il tema “Ricostruire un mondo fratturato”.

Come negli anni precedenti, l’undicesimo forum globale di Baku ha ospitato eminenti personalità di vari campi e prospettive per arricchire ulteriormente il dialogo internazionale e rafforzare la comprensione interculturale. Lo scopo del forum è quello di contribuire allo sforzo collettivo di “Ricostruire un mondo fratturato” stimolando un’azione intenzionale con l’esperienza collettiva e le intuizioni degli ospiti.
